Si quieres ahorrar en papel y no tener que cargar con tu sketch y tu tablet a todas partes, esta es la mejor aplicación que he encontrado para Ipad. Es una versión de lo que podria ser el Ilustrator de tu ordenador, ¡no os asusteis los que no manejais este programa¡ Adobe Ideas es una aplicacion sencilla con las herramientas básicas: pincel, lápiz, bote de pintura, etc, además da la opción de trabajar con capas, por si te gusta uno de tus bocetos y no quieres estropearlo, puedes duplicarla y seguir trabajando.
Para trabajar con esta aplicación y sacarle el maximo partido yo me hice con una Stylus Bamboo, y la verdad trabaja muy bien, da la sensacion de estar trabajando sobre papel, lo que es realmente difícil.

Adobe Ideas is a short version of Illustrator, Don't worry if you dont know how to work with this program¡ This app is simple and easy to use, it has all the common tools, plus it give you the option to work with layers, which is really useful if you have a great sketch and you are scared to keep working on it, you just need to duplicate and keep working. 
Obviously is not easy to work with your finger so you might need and stylus, I recommend Bamboo stylus, for me it works really good.
